Our Story
Camden & Co Lawn Care began in 2009 with a truck, a trailer, and Camden going door to door talking to homeowners and commercial business who wanted their lawns handled by someone who would actually show up. The word spread quick about our quality of work, and our focus on providing great value.
Why Camden & Co Lawn Care
Family Owned: A local family business serving Northeast Atlanta metro since 2009. Not a franchise, not a call center.
Consistency: The same service sequence, every visit. You know what to expect and the property looks the same quality every time.
Local Knowledge: We know the trees, the soil, the slopes, and the seasonal patterns that define properties in our area.
Respectful Care: We close your gates, protect your beds, and treat your property the way we would treat our own.
Clear Expectations: We tell you what we will do, when we will do it, and what it will look like. No surprises, no vague promises.
Practical Approach: We do not oversell. If a property needs something we do not offer, we tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Core Offerings
Our business was built on recurring lawn maintenance. The weekly and every-other-week visits that keep a property looking consistently cared for are the foundation of what we do. Most of our customers start with maintenance and stay with us for years because they trust the consistency — the same service sequence, the same quality, every visit.
Over time, we have expanded from lawn maintenance into practical landscape improvements. Our customers asked us to handle the projects that complement the maintenance work — mulch in spring, leaf removal in fall, sod for a bare spot, drainage correction for a low area, a bed renovation when the landscape has aged. We added these services so our customers could have one local relationship for everything their property needs, from the routine to the project work.
Our Values and Commitment to Customers
We care about three things deeply: reliability, craft and candor. Reliability, because a lawn service that skips weeks is worse than none. Craft, because the difference between mowed and maintained is bed lines, edges, cut height, and cleanup. And candor, because telling a homeowner that new sod will fail without fixing the grade first saves everyone money, even when it costs the sale that day.
We believe in practical property care. That means we do not overpromise, we do not sell services a property does not need, and we tell you honestly when a problem requires a different solution than what we offer. If your lawn is thinning because of deep shade, we will tell you that more mowing will not fix it. If your drainage problem is affecting the foundation, we will tell you to call an engineer. If a shrub is too far gone to save, we will say so. Honesty is part of respect.
We also believe in clear expectations. When you work with us, you know what we are going to do, when we are going to do it, and what it will look like when we are done. No surprises, no vague promises, no disappearing acts. We show up, we do the work, we close your gates, and we leave your property looking better than we found it.
Respect for your property is non-negotiable. We close gates. We protect beds during mowing. We are careful around mature plantings, outdoor furniture, and pets. We treat every property the way we would treat our own — because in a family-owned business, our reputation is personal.
