Yard Clean Up

If you live under the mature tree canopy that defines Northeast Atlanta, you already know that fall is not a single weekend event. It is a months-long process. Oaks, maples, hickories, and tulip poplars drop leaves in waves from October through January, and every storm brings another round. A property that looks clean on Sunday can be buried again by Wednesday.

Leaf Removal Service

Our leaf removal and yard cleanup service is built for this reality. We clear leaves from lawns, beds, fence lines, driveways, and corners — the places they collect and smother the grass. We remove fallen branches and seasonal debris. And we offer both one-time cleanups for properties that have gotten away from you and recurring seasonal visits to stay ahead of the drop.

Leaf management is not just cosmetic. A thick mat of wet leaves left on the lawn for weeks will kill the grass underneath it. Leaves packed into bed edges trap moisture against plant stems and invite rot. Getting them off the lawn and out of the beds — at the right intervals — is one of the most important things you can do for your property in our area.

What to Expect

  • Blowing and raking leaves from the lawn, beds, fence lines, and corners

  • Clearing leaves from driveways, walkways, patios, and paved surfaces

  • Removal of ground-level fallen branches and seasonal debris

  • Bagging, tarping, and hauling of all collected material off-site

  • Final blow-off of all hard surfaces for a clean, finished appearance

Who This Service Is Appropriate For

  • Homeowners under a heavy tree canopy who cannot keep up with leaf drop on their own

  • Properties that have been neglected for a season and need a full reset before regular maintenance resumes

  • Customers preparing for winter who want the lawn and beds cleared before dormancy

  • Anyone who wants recurring seasonal visits so the property never gets buried

What Requires a Separate Evaluation

  • Large tree limbs or whole trees down beyond debris accessible at ground-level limbs that are not accessible with a step ladder

  • Properties with years of accumulated leaf buildup may need a heavier initial cleanup before a recurring schedule work

  • Leaf mulching into the lawn is available in some conditions but depends on leaf volume and grass type

Property Considerations

The tree canopy within our local neighborhoods are of the defining features of the area — and one of the biggest maintenance challenges. Mature oaks and tulip poplars produce enormous volumes of leaves that collect in deep drifts against fences, foundations, and low spots.

Many properties in our service area have planting beds filled with shrubs and perennials that catch and hold leaves. Simply blowing the lawn is not enough — the beds need detailing too, or the leaves trapped in the plantings will smother the shrubs and harbor pests.

Sloped properties, which are common in our area, add another challenge: leaves collect at the bottom of slopes and in drainage swales, where they can block water flow and create drainage problems if not cleared.

Seasonal Considerations

  • October through January is peak leaf season in Northeast Atlanta. Different tree species drop at different times, so the season comes in waves rather than all at once.

  • Early fall cleanups catch the first wave before it buries the lawn. Mid-season visits keep up with the ongoing drop.

  • A final winter cleanup in January or February clears the last of the leaves before spring growth begins.

  • Spring cleanups address winter debris — branches blown down in storms, accumulated leaves that settled over winter, and bed litter before new growth starts.

Camden’s Service Process: Yard Cleanup & Leaf Removal

  1. We walk the property to assess the leaf volume and identify problem areas — fence corners, bed edges, drainage paths.

  2. Our crew uses blowers and rakes to consolidate leaves, working from the perimeter inward.

  3. We clear beds carefully to avoid damaging shrubs and perennials.

  4. Leaves are loaded onto tarps and hauled off-site, or bagged for curbside pickup depending on your preference and local rules.

  5. We finish with a blow-off of all paved surfaces.

Factors that Affect the Estimate

We are committed to providing affordable, budget-friendly packages that address the needs and goals for your property. We providing a proposal, several factors are reviewed.

  • Property size and total lawn and bed area

  • Current condition — is this a one-time cleanup of an accumulated mess or a recurring visit

  • Whether hauling is included or leaves will be bagged for curbside collection

  • Terrain — slopes, terraces, and fenced areas take more time

  • Whether the cleanup is bundled with other services like pruning or mulch
