  1. Property Review & Design Consultation. Walk the property to review your goals, discuss what to keep and what to replace. We’ll review material options, timing needs, and budget.

  2. Develop a Project Plan. Showcase how hardscapes, softscapes, lighting and drainage will be incorporated.

  3. Professional Install. Camden’s team executes the installation, ensuring everything is to spec, time, budget, and satisfaction.

  • In landscaping, hardscape refers to solid, non-living, main-made structures like stone pathways, patios, fire pits, and retaining walls. Likewise, softscape refers to all the living, growing, and organic elements such as shrubs, grass, flowers, and trees. You’ll often hear these discussed within the industry, including how to balance hardscape vs softscape, and how these two fit into the order of installation.

  • Depending on the scope, we try to get projects scheduled within one week of acceptance. For smaller residential landscaping projects such as mulch, pine straw, or flower and plant installation we can often accommodate same week. Larger jobs, including sod installation, aeration and overseeding, and grading and drainage improvements likely will begin 1-2 weeks after acceptance.

Whether its a property owner we’ve been servicing for years wanting an upgrade, or a new client we’ve just met looking for a total transformation, helping clients bring a full vision to life, from concept to installation, is one of the most enjoyable aspects of working in our industry.
