Landscaping Renovations Since 2009
Targeted improvements that take your property beyond maintenance — from mulch and sod to drainage, pressure washing, garden bed renovations, and full outdoor transformations.
Most renovation projects involve some combination of bed redesign, replacing overgrown or struggling plants, refreshing mulch or pine straw, addressing thin or bare turf with sod, and cleaning up material that's past its useful life. Drainage-related prep work may also be part of the plan if a bed area has ongoing moisture issues.
Practical Upgrades that Improve Beauty & Curb Appeal
Our landscape design projects focus on improving your property beyond what recurring maintenance can do. We install mulch and pine straw to refresh beds, lay sod for bare or thin areas, aerate and overseed to relieve compaction, plant flowers and shrubs for seasonal color, correct drainage problems, pressure wash hardscapes, clean up storm debris, and renovate tired beds.
Every project starts with evaluating your site conditions — sun, shade, soil, drainage, and existing landscape — so the improvement actually solves the problem instead of covering it up. We are honest about what we can do and when a specialized contractor is the better choice.

Likewise, softscape refers to all the living, growing, and organic elements such as shrubs, grass, flowers, and trees. You’ll often hear these discussed within the industry, including how to balance hardscape vs softscape, and how these two fit into the order of installation.
